MyRockFitness is for anyone. Kids as young as 5, and adults as old as 90! So long as you're physically able, and don't have any health concerns that could stop you from exercising, you should give it a try!
If there are some moves you cannot do - perhaps you're not able to perform lunges or jumps for example - just skip those steps. It doesn't matter and you can still enjoy using the website. At the end of the day it's about doing something physical, so just try your best without doing anything that may hurt yourself. Nobody wants that!
While the songs are all spiritually uplifting songs that are mostly Christian in nature, even if you're not a Christian you'll still be able to enjoy the music, the joyful message and the exercise challenge! In fact MyRockFitness can be a great way to introduce people to the faith, in a way that is both practical and emotionally and spiritually rewarding.
While it's easiest to use the website by yourself, perhaps in a bedroom or exercise room, you can also use it in groups. Get your whole family to join in, if you have a computer monitor large enough or can put it on your TV. Or, better still, make it a large group activity if you can find a room with a projector and good speakers! There really is no better way to get fit and worship at the same time! And everything is better with friends and family.
